Scherer Inc. has been producing HIGH-Quality replacement kernel processor rolls since 1999. We have produced thousands of sets of replacement rollers for JD®, Krone®, CLAAS®, and NH® machines, as well as several custom designs and sizes.

In 2002, we started producing complete replacement kernel processors for the CLAAS® Jaguar line of forage harvesters. We have them all covered, from the 491, 496, 497, 498, and 499 to the newly released 502 series machine.

Scherer Inc. was the first in the industry to utilize two different tooth-count rolls in the same processor. This design significantly improves the processing of the kernel and cob without increasing the differential on the drive pulleys.
